I have plenty of dry powder..waiting for a dip.. I know you can't fight the fed... but... I think stocks are too high now... patiently waiting

KTOV didn’t hold near what I thought it would after PR finally coming out. I’m long on it and there’s another meeting next week, but really rather see this staying in the .60s right now.

why not buy the dips on individual stocks?
and if they dont dip, what does that tell you?
