Also, I'm pretty sure having such references is protected under the Fair Use doctrine. Your decision may be a bit of an overreaction if you ask me.

Who is the one poster that is in law school and always post on the poli board but got banned and has since had like 30 alters? Whoever that is I say is whose alter this is.

Can't someone be an eager liberal on TD without being some sort of "alter"?
Why do you even care who I am in the first place? I'm not breaking any rules as far as I know. Ruffling some feathers with some well argued positions from the left, but that's about it. The poli board has very little ideological diversity, you'd think lovers of the board would welcome healthy clash.
