Just go through Texarkana to I-30, the virus cant penetrate the Texas/Arkansas boarder. It only added 30min to my trip.

Yes, but it’s a joke and voluntary. They have a sign that says “passenger cars exit” but the cop is just sitting there playing on his phone and never even looks up as about 1 in 20 actually stop.

30 mins? Its an hour from shreveport to texarkana.
