This game is awesome.
I don’t see how little kids could play and beat it though.
Some of the bosses are pretty hard.
The mechanic and the mummy were decent fights.
Some of the puzzles are fairly tough as well.
Really enjoying the game though.
Next game is Xenoblade 2.

Don’t think the game was necessarily made with kids in mind or family members like games such as animal crossing or some mainline mario titles are. It is just an old series from Nintendo revived on the switch by a top notch studio.

Love it.
The environment with the Mario crew is "fun", just enjoyable. The "puzzles" are also simple and rewarding.
Saying that, I never really picked it back up since launch. The game deserves a completion.

Once the combat system clicks in X2, the game really starts hitting its stride.

I still remember the GameCube Luigi’s Mansion. I absolutely hated that game. I was never overly into it, which probably didn’t help, but I remember getting stuck at some weird point, giving up and vowing never to return to it

My son is 9 and does well. I play with him a good bit but I just play as Gooigi
