JL is overrated

How the hell is he overrated? He had two DT's infront of him that couldn't do shite and always got their arse blown back into him. Having 18 tackles, while also having to avoid your DT's who are getting their asses kicked, was pretty fricking impressive.

Their were many stupid things that we did that game but I agree with the LSU poster who talked about special teams. I still get sick when I think about that game, but the better team won. I am just glad we are about to kick off another exciting year! Good luck to LSU this year.

Killer nut,

I am with you. JL is a stud and he was in on most tackles and had a bunch of stops near the line. Sure he made some a few yards from the line because he can't control a thousand pounds of beef crashing into his area and it is impossible to be perfect. Remember the goal line shot on J Hester...they met quite a few times although huge pulling guards got in the way also for him to miss opportunities.

Our Defensive Tackle play was !TERRIBLE! last year and it is the main reason why JL looks so poor.

You can't attack when you have a 300+ lbs. Offensive Guard coming at you, but I think that JL could be more aggressive. It is a factor of a few things, but our DT play killed us last year against the run.
