Orgeron said as much in the Texas game- we weren't going to stop them, so keep scoring.
If the defense had played stout all season, we might have started coasting after getting to 30. Instead, that wasn't necessarily a safe total, so go for 50.

Before the season started, Joe said to get ready, we are scoring 40, 50, 60 points a game. I think the mindset of the offense was always to light it up.
