Read he summary of Roe v Wade. The Supreme Court interpreted the 14th Amendment in a way that allowed for abortions. It wasn’t the best way of going about getting the right but I’ll take it. The government needs to stay out of our lives, and yes that includes a woman’s right to privacy with her doctor and to govern what goes on with her body without politicians sticking their nose in it.
