re: Madisonville on the Lakes

We have looked at lots there as well as waterfront lots around Lacombe.
We had waterfront property previously that would get cutoff due to high water a couple of times a year and for me personally, it did not bother me at all. Kind of an adventure if you will.
I appreciate the solitude of the area and the wide open vistas. Still need to do our DD to try and determine what the worst case storm surge situation might look like.
