Its more on Jazz Fest probably not wanting to invest money into this year's setup and production and have it all wasted when 1/4 of the crowd shows up later in the year.
FQF is a much cheaper setup and probably has less money invested into it. It's still a possibility, unless Latoya cancels people from going into the streets.

ive already heard that many of the big acts could not agree to come again in october. They were going to have to re-do the whole schedule as it was
