No, and the price of non-ethanol fuel has not come down like the rest of gas prices.

Non-ethanol fuel isn't made in the quantities that ethanol fuel is. So much Ethanol fuel is sitting in storage tanks to the point that many refineries have shut down production.
Non ethanol should come down some but not to the extent of ethanol.
