Sony, Canon, or Nikon? Help me pick a new camera

I run a little art biz as a side gig. Wanting to get a dslr or mirrorless to up my production value. Plus I like taking pictures when I travel and seem to have an eye for it. I'd want to be able to video and also get quality screen grabs from the video. Bonus if I can shoot in JPEG and RAW.
Had been previously using iPhone 11, but want to join the big leagues.
Budget is $1000-$1500. Maybe a little more if necessary.
Thanks

If I was going to buy a new DSLR, I'd probable go Canon because my mom had a high end SLR from them back in the day that took great pics.
My current camera is a mirrorless Sony RX100 point and shoot (Canon at the time didn't have a comparable model that was as good). I went with it because it's small enough to fit in a pocket and still takes good pictures. Alot of venues don't let you take in bigger cameras anymore unless you have press creds. It's small enough that I just leave it in my glovebox so it's readily available.

Just bought a Canon T7i,and it does .jpeg and raw. They may all do that I'm not sure about the others. I understand that Canon has come out with a T8i recently. I like mine.

I feel like Canon and Nikon and others are gonna have to up their game. The Samsung S20 and iPhone 12 (out this year) are pushing the envelope in what a phone camera can do.
Probably for everyday use (non telephoto zoom), phone cameras can compete with the dslr game quite frequently. It's been proven by blind tests and half the time people can't tell the difference (until zoom gets involved).
Obviously phones can't shoot raw but wouldn't be surprised if that's a few years out.

More important than the brand or body is the lens choice. Before you buy anything, consider what kind of pictures you will be taking.
General
Portraits
Sports
Street photography
Landscapes
Macro
Indoor/low light
Lenses are where you spend your money. I would always try the used camera market for lenses and bodies. I currently own both a Canon 7d Mark II (crop sensor) for sports
And a 6d Mark II (full frame sensor) for nearly everything else.
Lenses (crop camera only)Tokina 11-20 f/2.8( ultra wide angle)
Canon 50mm f1.8
Canon 24-105mm f/4 L
Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS
Canon 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L
Let me know if you have any questions :??

If you go mirrorless and want videos, Sony would be the choice, then Fuji, next Nikon. Canon lags behind the others in the video department. Autofocus wise, Sony and Fuji win out. If you go DSLR, at your price range then it's more of a tossup between Canon or Nikon, although Nikon is probably ahead again as far as video. Compare the models and lens and available in your price range and decide on the specs/features that are most important to you. Any DSLR/Mirrorless camera in your price range will shoot RAW and JPEG.
