Was hoping someone could respond that knows JP's rules. I was told I need to turn in the site plans with the location, dimensions, and how far from property line before they'd respond.

Not sure on your area but mine there is not a common answer as there are about 30 different zoning types.

I have a cabana 3’ from the rear and side of my fence.
