Correct. Outside of New Orleans and New York, no hospital systems even came close to get "overwhelmed" and even they mostly managed, it's not like there were people laying dead in the lobbies.

New York and Nola should stay closed and almost everywhere else should mostly reopen tomorrow.
Maybe keep large crowd events closed for another month but restaurants and all businesses should reopen except in the very hot spots
