I can’t stand when someone blows through their money either but I just don’t know how I feel about it all. I don’t think property owners should be on the hook either.

shite luck still sends you a bill. You think I didn't get a bill from the hospital, funeral home etc last year when my son passed? You think we were saving for that to happen? You can't lay these blanket statements as if they apply to everyone. Some people are genuinely going through bad times and not all have saving for it.
