2009
My freshman year at LSU.
We beat UGA between the hedges on a weird final drive. We had the Tebow post concussion game (Cooper got away with OPI). The PP7 no call at Bama. The :01 spike at Ole Miss. the OT win against Arkansas and the sloppy Capitol One Bowl.
It had everything in one year.

Gonna go a little different route here:
1979
This team was one of the greatest unranked LSU teams. Only gave up 15 points/game. Lost to FL St, Alabama, USC and Ga by combined 21 points including a 3-0 loss to Bama at home and a 17-12 loss to #1 USC where we actually beat them on the field but got screwed by the refs on phantom face mask call.Still greatest home game I ever saw. That game was responsible for putting LSU on the map as the place no one wanted to play. Oh and we beat Fl that year also and won the Tangerine bowl.
1982
Debut of dalton/hilliard gang. Just fun team to watch. upset FL on the road that year.
2001
Rohan Davey to Josh Reed was awesome to watch.
