You stay at home except to go to the grocery store, the bank, the pharmacist, restaurant, or to your work (education, factory, government, bank, restaurant, pharmacy).

Ummm. That pretty much only eliminates parks and recreation. This national mandate will effectively only restrict access to public parks (assuming it gets enforced)
