No - In these uncertain times I can't pass on free singles from Wendy's

It’s a good time to support my local restaurants, been ordering takeout damn near every day

I have taken a different approach. I don’t want any Wuhan breath on my food so I have been only eating what I prepare

I found out a couple years ago that I am borderline high blood pressure and the best way to keep it in check is to cut back on salt, eat healthy and exercise regular. Not wanting to take hypertension drugs, I decided to totally cut out fast food. It is all loaded with sodium. I really missed it for the first few months, but after that I never think about it. I don't miss it a all now. (except Chick-fil-A)
I have a standing rule: If it has a drive thru, I can't eat there!

for the most part yes, but I still indulge in:

Chik-fil-a
Canes
Tropical Smoothie

My Rona diet started 03/16. Down 13lbs and feeling great. Motivated to hit my ideal weight which I haven’t seen since 2015.

Does Raising Cane's once a week count as an addiction?

I think that if you hold a McDonald’s hashbrown above a napkin, the napkin will be grease-soaked from drippings in <60 seconds.

I dropped mine when they changed how the fries tasted.

80s and 90s had great fries. That was the constant 1 thing on the menus I liked. I may spend $75 a year on drive thru/fast food nowadays.

Back when i was 16, my friends and I would hit up a sonic, Wendy's, mcdonalds, bk etc a few times a week. Never got fat off any of it, grateful for that.

Well that's true. I gain 2 pounds after I eat it due to the new sodium holding on to water.

There are few things that can beat a cheeseburger and fries to me though. I just rather eat it in moderation than cut it out altogether.

Chick-fil-a has never been faster or more efficient.
Popeyes has never been slower nor less reliable.

Since I’m no longer commuting and I’m working less than 10ft from my fridge, I don’t have to worry about forgetting to grab/pack my lunch and then having to eat out. I’m pretty much only eating takeout on Fridays because I don’t have any seafood stocked up.

I'm not a fan of fast food but sometimes I need a double meat & cheese from Whataburger and I don't consider Whataburger to be fast food.

I eat fast food maybe 2-3 times per month so it's not a big issue.

Are you in Bama? I like Whataburger occasionally but I'd rather have Milo's.

How do you distinguish Whataburger from fast food? It has all of the telltale characteristics.

Haven't had fast food in 2.5 weeks. Ate it most days for lunch before COVID social distancing and lockdown. Also running more consistently but haven't seen much weight loss yet or feeling any better. Plan to pack lunch after this.

I still enjoy the occasional cheeseburger, just not the fast food variety

Milo's is ok in a pinch......much better than trying to choke down some Burger King or McDonalds
