One 'no' vote in a voice vote does not automatically require a roll call.

Where he will get the EXACT same result. All he is doing is forcing numerous people to travel to Washington at a time when we are told explicitly by the very same people NOT to travel and meet in groups. What he is forcing is unnecessary.
