How much has pandemic hurt Biden’s chances?

At first, I thought this had the potential to be a huge clusterfrick. I was scared to death Bernie or Joe would be our next president on the heels of an outbreak and recession. It is obvious, on both sides, that 45 has done a phenomenal job. Nobody is talking about Biden. There is no way trump is not re-elected imo

No. It's just that we're pretty confident that Biden would have done much worse. Him calling Trump a xenophobe for shutting down travel from foreign countries tells me everything I need to know about how much more fricked up this situation would be if Biden were in charge.
I honestly think that there is no way that either Biden or Bernie can be the nominee at this point. I don't know what their next move is.

He has a lot more problems than the pandemic.

He put himself into hiding and forgot where he put himself.

Joe is a complete clusterfricke, but our media will do his bidding. You probably won’t see much of him, they’ll hide him, and after this week, it’s probably the right call

There is growing talk of the Dems substituting Cuomo for Joe?

Trump is smart to have daily press conferences with the team. It makes the public more confident and it keeps him the center of the attention. Having Dr. Birx speak a lot is also helping him with suburban women, I believe. If the public believes in November that Trump has done everything possible to reboot the economy and protect workers in the aftermath of the outbreak, he will cruise to victory. I think there are far more people who are worrying more about their paychecks than the virus itself.
