I agree but who was it? Probably the Suns? I know D'Antoni started coaching over there around that time and was racking up wins and points with his 7sec or less offense w/ Nash, Amare, and Marion.

I guess so. It really was a weird time in the league. Lakers, Bulls and Celtics were bad.

I mean, Steve Nash won back to back MVP’s. Not saying he wasn’t awesome, which he was but it was still Steve Nash that won two mvp’s. Let that sink in.

Suns, Mavs, and Heat were fun to watch

That was a historically bad Hornets team that year. I remember games where our starting five were Dan Dickau, JR Smith, Bostjan Nachbar, Lee Nailon, and PJ Brown
