Army Corps of Engineers should be able to get it up and running in a couple of weeks. They set up field hospitals in deserts, so this should be easier. New Orleans is a war zone, so they'd be able to handle it.

Yea, they’re starting from nothing there. They don’t have to remediate asbestos and god knows what else in that building.
