Great time to buy for interest rates. Haven't seen what rates on car purchases are doing, but I'm sure you could get ~ 2.0% or less depending on your credit.
Also, dealerships are probably going to start feeling the pain soon and lowering prices. I've had my eye one a particular car and I'm waiting a bit longer to see if better deals pop up + waiting to see if the new model year comes out (probably delayed given the crisis), which may lead to more inventory-clearing incentives.
May not be a bad idea to reach out to a dealer that has the car you want and make an offer at your price point. If they say yes, then great. If they say no, then walk and they may come crawling back to you in a couple weeks at this current trajectory

GM just announced 0% interest for 84 months on select models as well as deferred payments of 120 days
