You do realize that you can be a carrier and unknowingly spread the disease to others even though you don't show the symptoms, right? It's called asymptomatic. This is why as many people need to be tested as possible.

The entire premise of the question is that a person might have symptoms other than fever and, hence, feel bad. For example, one might have shortness of breath or body aches. And I have no idea why you believe ad hominems add to the discussion.
