Well, what he really said was of the "original 15" as he referred to them, all 15 were moving to zero in number still infected. During that same press conference he also stated on two separate occasions that the virus may indeed spread to and within communities. Twice. This I can tell you.

This is also almost a month after he instituted the China travel ban and was called racist for doing so. The left considered protecting our country as xenophobic at the time
