My prediction:
The current PGA schedule is too condensed (particularly with the other majors and the late July Olympics) to move The Masters to the current season. With the Tour Championship August 27-30 and the Ryder Cup (in the USA) September 25-27, moving The Masters to September 10-13 makes sense. That is typically the first week of the "fall season." That gives 2 weeks after the season concludes and 2 weeks before the Ryder Cup. Also, because Augusta National is known as a "winter course," closing in the Spring and not opening again until the Fall, the course should be in good condition.
TL;DR: The Masters may move to September 10, 2020.
