Tua was injured quite a bit his last two seasons.

Tua is fools gold! Is he good yes, but facts not being considered!
1. Dude is injury prone and will continue to be. Even going back to HS he is always dinged up.
2. In his last 3 starts against teams that Alabama didn't have an overwhelming talent advantage over. SECCG vs UGA, National Championship vs Clemson, and 2019 vs LSU. He is 1-2 and really the one win vs UGA is because of Jalen hurts bailing them out.
3. Questionable decision making. In all 3 of those games he made critical mistakes, that led to the loses or would be lose to UGA with out Hurts playing Mariano Rivera. People forget he took a huge sack right before the miracle throw to Smith in the Natty.

I don't see how any team can justify taking Tua any earlier than the late 20s in the first round.
He's an absolute baller but the wear and tear on his body thus far isn't gonna get any better.

Not to mention that majority of his throws were 5 yard slants and his freak receivers doing freak receiver things. If you forced him to throw the ball deep he was inconsistent.

Tua will be playing in the XFL within 5 years

Wow, during Tua's final two-year era, LSU faced 12 top ten teams to Alabama's only 5.

Not true.

Five that Tua got credit for. In the comments someone pointed out that Jalen Hurts bailed Tua and Bama out in one of the games that Tua is getting credit for.

Five*** that he (Tua) started against. He didn’t start a few games bc of injury.

If you exclude the post-season as well as common opponents, LSU has 4 top-ten matchups against Bama's 0. That's mostly because LSU has played tougher SEC East opponents and Bama's 'tough' non-conference game has been played against mediocre teams on a neutral field.
That should change a bit over the next two years since Bama has to finally play a decent SEC East schedule (UGA in 2020, UF in 2021, plus UT should be better). So, I'm sure we'll hear some crying from the Gumps over that.

well, one reason is we play Florida (ranked top 10 both times I believe) and Alabama ( also ranked both times). When bama played us last year (2018 season), we weren’t top 10. So that would explain 3 of the differences. We also had Texas this past year.

True. Dude literally has wires holding both of his ankles together.

So how many games vs top-10 teams did his injuries cause him to miss? Any?

Other than the natty.. tua never impressed me in big games
Seems like he always is average at best

Man, this guy may end up being good but I watched him some this past season and wasn't impressed.
