to dismiss cv-19.

I am die hard Trump. I will vote R until I die.
The MSM is scum and will do anything to lie and misrepresent this to look bad for Trump.

But you are wrong to dismiss the growth rate of blooms.

I am a Biomedical Engineer.
My wife is due this summer.
If she gets this and it progresses from throat to lungs, that is pneumonia and our baby will not receive enough oxygen.

The state has not prepared for continuation of regular healthcare services that will be threatened by the surge this can place on our hospitals.

It is not the end of the world. In 12 months (+- 6), this will be another vaccine we get each year.

But it is not "no worse than the flu".

Stay home. Don't go to large gatherings. Don't hug. Don't shake hands. Wash your hands. Don't touch your face. If you take critical pharmaceuticals, ask for a prescription for 60 days of pills not 30.

It will die down this Summer.

Love how all these accounts are lockstep coming out of a coma against the grain of conservatives on this board.

I believe the positive effects on coma patients may outweigh the bad effects elsewhere.

Most of us are not dismissing covid19.

We are dismissing panic.

As a biomedical engineer I would suspect you have a passing knowledge of biostatistics. We have limited data and small sample size. The information available at this time suggests concern, not panic.

It is one of those things where if you get in front of it you over reacted and if you did not you suck. Nothing in between

Maybe some are dismissing cv-19, but most on this board hate that the media and the left are creaming in their pants hoping Trump gets the blame. More overhype than anything else.

Not many are dismissing it, and no one is wrong that the Dems and media are using it to bludgeon Trump.

Most everyone agrees with the precautions, but I am not going to live in fear either. I also don’t have a pregnant wife.

Does this general type of virus tend to fade with warmer weather?

How do you know that saying it’s no worse than the flu isn’t accurate? The only reason the death rate seems high is because they haven’t done that many tests yet. Once they start doing testing on a massive scale then the death rate will plummet.

Unless you are over 80 or have a dnr do not treat order, you should be fine. Not always, but they huge majority of the time.

This is not something to be disregarded, but it is being oversold.

The fact that you have spread your genes is troubling as well... The world does not need more pussies...

Well, it actually is though.

If you compare contracted rates vs death rates, the flu is far worse.
