Will liberals now blame the 2008 mortgage crisis & Great Recession on Obama?

I gave Dear Leader a break on the Great Recession, because the mechanisms which created that crisis weren’t of his doing. They were actually put inti play by Clinton’s admin, but what difference now does it make?
But it seems we are now supposed to blame presidents for crises that they had no hand in creating.
