This is the complete wrong message for voters.

Everyone knows Trump.

Everyone heard him talk about pussy grabbing 3 weeks before 2016 election.

He was still elected.

Democrats fundamentally do not understand why Trump was elected the first time.

This Biden tweet proves it.

Trumps Presidency has validated people's vote for him.

Anything can happen in politics but Trump today is in a very strong position.

Speaking as a person who is well to the left of Biden, everything you have written here is absolutely true.

There is a breed of center left Democrats who are genuinely mentally incapable of understanding why they lost in 2016 and why Trump has any appeal to anyone, anywhere. They've lived there entire lives in such a tight, closed bubble of ideas that they assume that everyone (aside from a small percentage of Americans, whom they see as caricatures rather than real people) share their values and their concepts of what makes someone "respectable."

They don't get that Trump isn't an aberration. He tapped into the true reasons why people vote GOP in the 21st century. (Here's a hint: it has nothing to do with deficits or strict constructionism.)

There is no going back to 2012, or 2008, or 1992, or any other mythical time in the past few decades when low and middle income workers were supposedly so happy with the status quo. Trying to do that, which is the central message of the Biden campaign insofar as there is any message whatsoever, is futile. It won't lead to any results even if he wins.

BTW, if you're a conservative and you can't articulate a reason why people voted for Obama in 2008 and 2012 that doesn't boil down to "Because they are stupid/evil" or "Because we had RINO candidates", you have the exact same problem, just from the opposite perspective.
