My favorite people.

The 35 year olds who don't think they're a millennial.

Yeah it's almost always someone around late 80s or so where they're unquestionably millennial and not right on the line between 2 generations.

They had 15 years before a cellphone was pocket sized and internet was just a neat thing their neighbor or friends family had.

It's not wrong to admit that people born early to mid 80s had a completely different music, play, life experience than the kids born in the late 80s early 90s. Especially since those early 80s kids were the among the first that went to Iraq and Afghanistan.

TL;DR

It's dumb to keep up these meaningless generation tags when cultural experience is in a faster rate of change.

We shouldn’t be considered millennials. I grew up without the internet and got my first cell phone at 17 when I started driving. I could only make calls or play brick/snake. My parents did not pay for text messages so I couldn’t do anything on it. Fast forward 8 years and everyone has an iPhone. I didn’t get my first iPhone with internet capabilities until I was 5 years out of college.
