Their defense schemed it as best they could with the talent they had. By the second half they were out of schlitz.

It turns out Clemson had the most athletic back-7 in college football and still got smoked on defense.

LB/S - I. Simmons - 4.39
S - K’Von Wallace - 4.53
S - Tanner Muse - 4.41
CB - AJ Terrell - 4.42

Agree, early field position made LSU rethink a couple of possessions. But I thought Clemson played about as good as they could. They simply did not have the horses to match up.
