License plate combinations

Saw a plate whilst on the road today reading ###BAW
Thought it was cool but then I started trying to figure how many possible plate combinations there are??
With the format being 3 numbers followed by 3 letters and assuming the integers can be used as such: 000, 001, 002 etc and the letters: AAA, AAB, AAC etc
How many possible combinations are there? I came up with 2e18 (which is pretty close to 350 gazillion) but I’m wondering what the OT comes up with and how you got there

10^3 x 26^3 = 17,576,000
Unless this isn’t the math I should be doing.

Once again, the OT is bad at math.

I was made aware in a thread the other day that there is no such thing as a "license plate".
