I went and wasted almost two hours, very polite crowd. Creel will be reduced and size same to find the magical 20% reduction IMO. Had multiple reduction on size/creel on the table. Politics will table anything happening until 2021 but goobment be movin slo. Had an elderly guy speak at the end who was sharp wit facts/theories but I’m too deaf to have heard his whole speel. And, statewide recs kill 84% of the trout so suck it haters:)
