Downtown Houston - Toyota Center area

I’ll be staying the night in Downtown Houston. Looking for recommendations within 10-20 minute Uber or lift ride to Toyota Center.
Prefer upscale casual. Don’t mind fine dining but not looking for stuffy. Bringing a 7 year old with me who is ok to take to a nicer restaurant. I have a few weeks to make reservations if required.

Been a while since I've been to the Midtown location but I was a fan.
Used to go to their original location on Richmond for happy hour tapas pretty frequently years ago.
