I noticed it too- you’d think that would be a distraction as his hat/visor move up and down with it. It probably wouldn’t be so noticeable when he’s not wearing a hat. Also I saw an older video of him in high school and it just involved one eye blinking/twitching. Now it’s his eyebrows and that makes the hat go up and down.

Appreciate the replies everyone. I figured I wasn't the only one who noticed it. Again, not trying to make light of it or be a jerk - was just curious.
