Three years ago 100 people a day were moving to Nashville, not sure what it is now.

If you're not in the medical or music industry you'll probably earn less in Nashville and have a higher cost of living. (my experience anyway)

10 years ago I lived in Crieve Hall (worked in Maryland Farms) and decided Nashville had gotten too crowded, so I moved my family about 40 miles to the west and found a telecommute job.

Nashville has now caught up to me.
