What the frick do you want them to do?

Value of number 1 pick = 3000

Value of Panthers picks
Round 1 pick 7 = 1500
Round 2 (38 overall) = 520
Round 3 (69th overall) = 245

Value of Saints picks
Round 1 pick 24 = 740
Round 3 pick 88 = 150

4th onward are chump change so not worth mentioning. A future first is worth about half the value of a current first. So a future first in Carolina's case would come out to around 750, which is still of higher value than the Saints current first. A future first for the Saints comes out to 370, equivalent to the 53rd pick in the draft.

Carolina with their first and a future first come out to 2250 points, while the Saints would be at 1110.

If Carolina offered their 2020 1st + 2021 first + 2020 2nd + 2020 3rd they reach a value of 3015. It's likely they still would have to overpay, so let's add a future 2nd as well (a value of about 260). That brings them to a total of 3275.

Carolina's grandfather offer:

2020 1st (7th overall)
2021 1st
2020 2nd
2021 2nd
2020 3rd

If the Saints offered pick 24 + 5 future firsts they reach a value of 2570.

So, what would is it possible for the Saints to get Borrow?
Unless you plan on giving up 5-7 years of 1st rounds picks and destroying a franchise, NO.
