Since you are an expert, how was the cash earmarked (you know, the money that was supposed to be supplied by private donors, but instead came out of the city coffers)?

Was it earmarked "statue removal?" Yeah, I didn't think so. She was wrong.

What is sad is that you would rather have the poor in New Orleans go through the hardship of recovering from a flood, rather than admit that the money would have benefited those in need if it had been spent wisely.

In my book that makes you a disingenuous piece of shite.
