In the end it was a vanity project to not construct but tear out artwork while forcing fake guilt propaganda. The entire effort left behind visible eyesores and tons of bad feelings. Perhaps the philanthropic effort could have went towards educating citizens why shooting each other in broad daylight is wrong, making sure critical canal arteries are clear of car blockage or preventing buildings from flopping over. At the least they should've finished the job, but, that wouldn't have increased the total of valuable feeling points earned.
