You have to remember to bring it in and charge it up every quarter or so. Or you end up like a lady I know whose father gave her one. She put it in the trunk, but it was dead when she needed it a year later.

Charge it around calendar events (easy to remember), and you'll be good. Christmas/New Years, Spring Time Change, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving.

I typed up simple and fool-proof instructions, printed them in large type, and put them in the case.

A lady had a dead battery, and a bunch of guys were standing around her car with a jumper looking clueless. My wife got hers out, followed the instructions, and got the lady on her way.
