should he have success at Cincy ( a relative term I know) but at least showcase potential...
a)he can name his price thereafter
(not that he will not already have made millions)

More moronic statements. I ate $4,000 in back rent from one tenant who contracted fibrotic lung disease from his work causing a 70% reduction in his lung capacity. All of my tenants pay me exactly on time, because they want to keep me happy. (and are themselves very good people) To the extent that you may claim I am a slumlord because I own mortgages, the lenders are investors.
You can't argue the finances because you know nothing, and then you make up dumb*ss stuff about me.
