I would hope that would be true. However, I believe it is unlikely with the Bengals past track record.

Saints had a pretty crappy track record until they took a chance on Drew.........Winning instills confidence in a program. Burrow is a WINNER.

That said, I’d pull an Eli if I were him.....

Is that track record you are referring to the five straight playoff appearances from 2011-2015? The four division wins since 2005? The winning record from 2003-2018?

The Bengals were terrible this season, and were awful in the nineties. But they were a pretty decent team for almost all of Marvin Lewis' time there. This idea that the Bengals are some black hole of football is not based on anything factual.
