There is going to be around 5000 Dodger fans to boo the Astros at their opener in Anaheim. Maybe this will die down sooner than I think, but I have a hard time believing this will completely go away in only a couple of months

Sucks that the Dodgers don't play the Astros. Would be the 1st MLB game that is appointment viewing for me in probably over a decade.

I just don't know what the talking points will be 5 months from now? Like I said, it'll only come up if something pops up that brings it back. But that something isn't going to be happening every night or week.

IMO, it will not go way entirely for this season. Every time the Astros go to a new city for the first time they will be getting questions from new reporters. The home team will also be asked about how it feels to play those guys now.

I think a majority of the radical comments, that the players are 100% entitled to, will die down as spring goes on and everyone has reported. But I have a feeling something will be said or done that will grab the headlines about every week.

the ONLY reason this has blown up the way it is is b/c not only did the Astros win the World Series... but it's who they beat on the way to the title

Boston

New York

Los Angeles

If it had been Cleveland, Minnesota, & Arizona... this wouldn't be anywhere near as big of a story... but the big media markets gotta get their stories & air time out of this
