Do you find the 20ga hard one longer shots or have you now gotten it down? I know 12ga will be easier for those kinda shots but 20ga will be more forgiving on recoil and weight.

Nah, I'm equally bad... 
Seriously there's not a huge difference in performance in the two for skeet, at least I find.
