I'm not sure about his inevitability in Nevada... the Union bosses are going to work hard for Biden, and in 2016, polls had Killary and Bernie statistically tied and she won by a good margin (6 or 7% I think). But, if Sanders does win it, I think there's only one option for the establishment and that is to have Biden go ahead and declare Klobuchar as his running mate and have her drop out and support Biden. Only way they may slow the Bernie bro momentum.

No doubt, and I'm not arguing that... but the Dems are going to do anything they can to prevent Bernie from being the nominee. Dont be surprised to see more "caucus chaos" if Bernie is leading by a wide margin.

I still think that if Bernie goes into the convention with less than 50% of the delegates, it will be brokered and go to Bloomberg/Hillary. This is why 2 months from the field will still be the same as today. Its intentional to keep the votes split up more.

Ive thought about that, too, but do you really think that's the way it will go?
Or will it be "Trump stole the election and he's a criminal or Bernie would have won?" Do you think the crazy socialist base is going to moderate just because Bernie loses? What if it's a closer election than we think it would be?
You might be right... I'm just not sure the Perez's of the DNC want to risk that.

Unions are going to be in a TOUGH spot in a Trump vs. Bernie general... Trump is working hard for blue collar workers and the traditional union base, and Bernie is advocating destroying employer-based health insurance that is basically one of the only reasons unions even exist anymore...

If it is like the Iowa caucus, the non viable candidate supporters can switch to a viable candidate. If that is the case, I expect Bernie to get none of those people. That will close the gap.
