I mean, the Windsor Court is very nice and has character. Cant really go wrong there.

It’s certainly a perfectly lovely hotel for what it is, but I wouldn’t really say it “has character.”

It’s a Disneyfied English salon/tea room in an early 80s generic office tower.

Look up the Soniat House if you’re looking for something nice/high end with “character.”
