You wanna know how the #MeToo movement hurt women? Men will not have casual interactions with women at work in any corporation for fear of getting accused and run through the ringer of HR.
So what will happen is that men will just not hire women if they are equally qualified out of fear of accusations.

Men will have no problem having casual conversations with women in the workplace.
Neanderthals will be too scared to have conversations with women in the workplace because their pea brains can't comprehend how to talk to a women like a human being and with respect.
