It’s not just the heat that kills it. It’s humidity. It can survive days on a surface in a cold dry environment. It’s more like hours in a warm wet environment.

This is why the flu spreads much more effectively in Dec - Feb in the northern hemisphere. In the Southern Hemisphere - same thing - their flu season is Jun - Aug - which are their winter months.

If we can get to spring, this thing shuts down.

I'm in South Korea, and a lot of people are wearing surgeon masks. My family and I wear one when we go somewhere.Hopefully the Wuhun virus will be gone soon. Thanks a lot China!
