THIS! You could argue over the last 15-20 years there has not been a bigger moment where LSU NEEDS Brennan to do well (and I'm NOT talking Burrows well) this season IOT capitalize on our 2019 success and reinforce what QBs can accomplish in our system. Don't give the talk-heads (opposition) any talking-points. Seize the day MB; you got this!

This is exactly correct. The LSU coaching staff wants to be able to hold Myles Brennan up as the poster child for recruiting QBs in the future. They want to be able to say, look at Brennan, we recruited him, he developed and waited his turn, he believed in our process and now look where he is. He’s the second Heisman trophy winner is as many years, he’s brought us back to the NC and now he’s a first round draft pick. They’ll say that’s what you can do as the next LSU quarterback if you commit to our program, work hard and believe.
