Carencro dump here to stay?

There's a lot of new development at exit 4 off of I49. Walmart, Super 1, carwash etc, but right in the middle of it all is a dump. Does anyone know if that dump is actually going to stay there with all the continuing development? Doesn't seem like anyone would be ok with that...
